💉Combined Flu/Covid Autumn Campaign 💉

Over the next week all patients who are eligible will receive a text invitation with a booking link to book your own appointment 📆

Please try and book via the link where possible to keep the phone lines available for patients in need of our help but If you are unable to book this way, please telephone the surgery after 3pm on 01253 344219.

Clinics will be running from October 2024 so please book your appointment ASAP and patients who eligible are as below :

• those aged 65 years and over.
• those aged 18 years to under 65 years in a clinical risk group.
• those in long-stay residential care homes
• frontline workers in a social care setting
  (This group MAY not be eligible for covid vaccine this year)
• carers in receipt of carer’s allowance, or those who are the main Carer of an elderly or disabled person
  (This group are not eligible for covid vaccine this year)
• close contacts of immunocompromised individuals
  (This group are not eligible for covid vaccine this year)
